Agree with all of this, though it took me so many years to get there. I think this is the most responsible advice you can give to a young creative person.

Oh you mean for a long time you believed that not doing it full-time meant one wasn’t quite “legitimate”? I also felt like I was “just a hobbyist” if I wasn’t doing it as my main job until like last year. Keep making things!
